Berryjar Terms of Use

Last updated: September 11, 2026

By downloading or using Berryjar ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The app

Berryjar is a personal budgeting tool. It helps you record and organize your own spending, budgets, and recurring bills on your device. It is for personal, informational use only and is not financial, tax, or investment advice.

Berryjar Pro

Berryjar Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly, or annual) or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. The Lifetime purchase is a single payment with no renewals. The annual plan may include a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. If you start a free trial and cancel before it ends, you will not be charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Your data

Your financial data stays on your device. You are responsible for your own device backups. Because your data is stored locally, deleting the app deletes your data. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and don't use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer & liability

Berryjar is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including any decisions you make based on information you record in it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
