Subscriptions are handled by Apple. To change or cancel: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Berryjar. If you cancel during a free trial you will not be charged.
New phone, or reinstalled the app? On the Berryjar Pro screen tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with.
Everything you enter stays on your iPhone. There is no account and no cloud copy, so if you delete the app your data goes with it. Back up your phone with iCloud or your computer to keep it safe.
Refunds for App Store purchases are issued by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
